產(chǎn)品構(gòu)成 Test System
振動(dòng)噪聲測(cè)試系統(tǒng)包括:分析軟件、數(shù)據(jù)采集器、傳感器。
測(cè)試系統(tǒng)工作一般過(guò)程為:首先,振動(dòng)、噪聲信號(hào)等物理模擬量,通過(guò)傳感器轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓模擬量;然后,數(shù)據(jù)采集器將電壓模擬量轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓數(shù)字量(即AD采樣),存貯至測(cè)試電腦;最后,使用軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深入分析處理。
The vibration and noise test system includes: analysis software, data collector and sensor.
The general working process of the test system is as follows: firstly, the physical analog quantities such as vibration and noise signals are converted into voltage analog quantities through sensors; Then, the data collector converts the analog voltage quantity into the digital voltage quantity (i.e. AD sampling) and stores it in the test computer; Finally, use software to analyze and process the data in depth.

數(shù)據(jù)采集器 DAQ
數(shù)據(jù)采集器,采用美國(guó)NI公司的振動(dòng)噪聲專用采集板卡, 采集器基本單元為4和8通道,可依據(jù)基本單元組成任意多通道。
The data collector adopts the special acquisition board for vibration and noise of NI Company of the United States. The basic unit of the data collector is 4 and 8 channels, which can be composed of any number of channels according to the basic unit.

振動(dòng)傳感器,采用美國(guó)PCB公司產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格眾多,客戶可以根據(jù)實(shí)際使用場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行選擇;
聲音傳感器,采用美國(guó)PCB公司產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格眾多,客戶可以根據(jù)實(shí)際使用場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行選擇;
轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器,采用美國(guó)Monarch公司產(chǎn)品,一般為客戶配備光電式和激光式傳感器。
